Development News from the Land of Dark Ages War


Improvements have continued to be made on Dark Ages War (DAW)… several of the display issues have been addressed and a fair bit of effort has been put into upgrading the Facebook connection for the game. Also a problem that recently took the DAW server offline for most of a day was corrected.


News About Upcoming Rounds


The current Beta 1 round will end September 30.


The plan is for the latest round of DAW to begin October 1. An effort will be made to invite everyone who has played the game to come back and try it out. This means “Round 1” could be the most exciting and competitive round of DAW EVER!!!


The plan is to then bring up two additional rounds. Round 2 should come up on November 1 and Round 3 should come up on December 1. This will give you options and opportunities to play DAW in ways you never have before!


Also, with the new payment options and a lower cost, it will be easier than ever before for you to play your rounds with all the advisors.

More news will be coming to the forum in the near future.

i wasn't able to play for quite a while, i tried log in now and i can't join beta 1 any more, is it because this round is ending, can i still play on the next round starting October 1.

Hey Immortal,

I think you are correct. There is some sort of limit to how late you can join the game. We are now 9 days from the end of this round.

didn't the DAW team say somewhere, that next round DAW would come out of beta?

I believe the exact quote was...

"a concerted attempt is made to bring DAW out of beta and into the real world"

There are still enough balance questions with DAW that it was deemed premature to leave Beta.

am ready for the next rounds of DAW hope they are as good or better then the 2 I was lucky enough to have played. When will the next rounds begain
